I lived in a three bedroom apartment here for one LONG year. Because of the low rent, this place attracts some of the lower class citizens in the city. Within 2 months of moving in they busted a meth lab next to my apartment. Your car is surely NOT safe here and the police respond to many calls in this place. I would recommend just moving into the projects instead of paying the overpriced rent. The good thing is it is close to campus and downtown Tempe
