I moved into Sierra Vista in Ausgust of last year. They had the best move in specials and the best prices in Tempe. All of the office people were well dressed, professional and got me moved in within 24 hours of when I applied. Since then, they've held resident parties and given out prizes and they've been quick to fix any problems I've had in my apartment (which have been very few). If you're looking for a place that's close to downtown and don't want to pay alot, this is the place for you.
