I have lived here for a year and a half now and have never seen anything like what these people are talking about! The maintence staff is always taking care of whatever problem that comes up as soon as possible, and my car has never had a problem. Now I understand that cars do get broken into, but that has nothing to do with the apartment complex or it's staff. They have absolutly no control over where thieves decide to prey on people and thier belongings! I have no idea what these wining cry babies are talking about, You get very inexpensive rent, are located right next downtown Tempe, and next to all the freeways. I hope that they were not looking for a utopia to llive in because those do no exist! Sierra Vista is great, the office staff is helpful and they will help you take care of whatever you need! Maybe these are disgruntled people that got kicked out for not paying their rent! I love it here.

u obviously were not home alot-they need a security guard here-or cops doing drive throughs

Yeah if you like being hot all summer, and swimming in cesspools. You must have lived in Motel 6 prior to moving there to think its so great.
