I am dumbfounded to read what some of the people wrote on this site. I just moved out of Sierra Vista II, not because I did not like it there, but b/c I just bought a house. I am 30 $have lived on my own since I was 19 and have live in 4 or 5 apt communities, and out of all Sierra Vista was definatly one of the best. I have lived in one of those "master planned" communities, that offer the lagoon pool with the swim up bar and it looks like a resort from the street. Seems like you'd get a lot of perks right' If you consider scorpions from the new construction, snotty people in the leasing office, and a maintaince staff that would take 1 week to fix a leak under the sink a "perk". At Sierra Vista any time I had a problem the staff was always there to help, whether it be being a little late on the rent, garbage disposal was not working, or I needed directions somewhere. One of the maintaince staff even helped me get my hugh couch up the stairs when I moved in. I would have remained living there for quite a while longer had the interest rates not been so low right now. I would tell anyone to live there, it was a fun community, close to everything, and you can't beat the location!!
