ASU frat daddies and keggers abound

Inconsiderate neighbors.

Powerless, oblivious management.
Blaring keg parties all nights of the week, all hours.

Spoiled fledgling alcoholics funded by their parents knock out walkway and patio lights (never their own, of course) on a regular basis.

Many broken liquor bottles scattered around grounds just about every morning.
If you enjoy being sexually harrassed on your way in from the parking lot, or even by drunks outside your bedroom window (!!!), this is the place for you.
Complaints to management yield no results - none relevant anyway; whenever I said something about the noise or harrassment, I was asked how soon they'd get my next rent check.

Police don't even bother.
I felt much safer in my apartment next to the Port Authority in NYC.
