I lived there for three years with my girlfriend. One tenant was murdered by another tenant, a huge crystal meth bust occured one building over. I found out because I saw my apartment complexon the news. The place is infested with spiders and scorpions. Yes it is close to ASU and it is cheap. You get what you pay for. If you have a car there expect it to be vandalized. It is in a bad neighborhood. Don't bother, the staff is lazy and could care less about the tenants.
