Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
The police are here for domesitc disputes at least 3 times a week. Loud parties all the time. Transients breaking into cars.
We have been without hot water for 4 days. This is not the first time. The apartments are small and overpriced and the management doesnt care about its tenants. Ive been here for 3 months and my girlfriend has been here for 2 years. I hope we can figure out how to break our lease and flee this rotting hell hole.
