As close to hell as you can get.

Years at this apartment: 1996 - 1996
I lived in these apartments when they were renovating them. Though they were old, the prior owner maintained them better than the new one.
The new management had inexperienced maintenance staff, they moved just about anyone in, cars were being vandalized, there were 9 people living in the apartment next door, and once (the walls are a thick layer of brick) I asked them to turn down their music, so I could study for a test at school, and they slashed my bicycle up.
The laundromat was dirty and in disrepair. Half the time there was no hot water, no parking, no safety from the supposed "security patrol" that no one ever saw. If you had an emergency (I consider a toilet backing up to be an emergency) at night, they told you to wait until morning.
They offered to renew our lease with a rent bonus, and we literally told them to go to hell.
They renovated each apartment to make it more modern, however the new apartments are shoddily renovated and the cabinets are falling off the walls in the kitchens.
