Not sure what people were saying when they say management care... I've had nothing but problems with this place and it is NOT in a good neighborhood. My car got broken into the very first week I was there... Management is SOOOO disorganized and is "Corporate" which means anything happens its your fault no matter what.

And, they change the rules as they go along, according to what they want, not what's in the lease. The management really stinks. Air conditioning doesn't work, and mold. Just remember they will tell you your air conditioning works even if it is 110 in your kitchen.
