Gosh where do I start? I have lived over here for over 2 years because it is cheap for me and my family, but finally we are moving. We have had enough a long time ago so now we have had more than enough.
When you sign up to move here they just tell you the utilities are included and sugar code everything. But let me tell you 5 months out of the year your AC is not on due to the winter season (haha in AZ). You have to have store bought fans and open your windows to get some air circulating in your house and who cares if you are an allergy sufferer like me. Everything breaks down here. Maybe 6 or 7 times our toilet has overflooded and got all our carpet wet. So there is some type of plumbing/sewage problem. The parking lot is in terribly bad shape. No value in the tenants here, while the front office looks so nice. Our car has been broken and vandalized into twice. Party after party. I have called the police here like 30 times for noise and domestic disputes around here. The laundry room is a mess and junkies walk around here. Don't move here. It is not for you and your family.

I totally agree. Everything works to the leasing offices advantage. I called the health department because the pool was so nasty. They maintain the pool that they show off to new renters, and the other pools are just plain dirty.
