This place is HORRIBLE!!!!
The apartment is old. They show you the model apartment which they have upgraded the tile and some of the appliances in. When you move in your apartment will NOT have those . . .first suprise!!
They divide the water bill for the entire complex (sprinklers, pools) by all the tennants. They water the grass and leave the water on so the grass is flooding most of the time. Usually even the flower beds (which usually dont have flowers or have ones that are almost dead) have water all over the sidewalk and into the parking lots.
MAINTENANCE SUCKS!!!
I have had several maintenance issues. It has taken them soooo long to fix anything. Plus, when the mainteance man does come to fix anything they look scary and leave a mess in your apartment. I put in a work order back in February, it is now June and it is still NOT fixed. I have checked on my work order twice now and both times they say that it has been fixed!'!'
The place is horrible, office staff treats you as if your an idiot and the maintenance SUCKS.
MOVE HERE IF YOU WANT NEIGHBORS ON CRACK AND ONE OF THE MOST GHETTO APARTMENTS IN TEMPE.
