Hi Christine,

I waited for your call today, you informed me on Friday, that you would call me on Monday, Ivy informed me very rudely that you do not work on Monday's.

Our discussion on Friday, was regarding the the renewal of my lease, 9/2004.

The next lease was renewed 7/06.

Note: There was NO lease renewed for the year 2005, I wasn't even on month to month.

Will Lease be handled the same way the lease 9/2004, and will this lease (7/06) renewal be treated consistently to the 9/2004.

Ivy mentioned to me when I signed my lease that I would be responsible for anything I do to the apartment, well, I need carpet cleaning (carpet is so worn out that it is like walking on concrete), will you give me permission to clean, or replace, the walls need painting.

What can I do as a tenant to help you help me to have a cleaner environment inside my/your apartment'

I would also like to request for you to go through my apartment with a check list to make sure everything is in order.

Please keep in mind that I have been in this apartment for 3 years.

Mai Requests:

1. Today, Mon., 7/24/06 I called regarding blinds that are located in one of my bedrooms, they have fallen off along with the board attached to them. This is a 2nd request.

2. The knob on the linen closet is falling off, does not stay on.

3. The mirror in the bathroom is falling off - very important, fear of it falling on someone when going through the door in the bathroom.

Complaint:

I would like to also inform you that Ivy was very rude on the telephone, she hung up on me, and she told me that my maintenance request was not a priority over the air-conditioning problems, I feel that it could be considered a priority, because the blinds keep a high percentage of the sun/heat out of a home...that would be cost effective for Sierra Vista.

I hope Ivy in the future is asked to be kind on the phone to your customers, I have shared with many of your tenants that Ivy has treated many of your customers very poorly, and with no respect.

I would greatly appreciate your cooperation to your tenants needs.

Please advise.

Ivy is always very snotty and the more complaints that are sent to the property management, maybe the sooner she will leave. I enjoyed living there for a year until she came on in management. She has a bad attitude, and in terms of making that place a community, forget it.
