Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
I lived there about 4 years ago and it sounds like they have not done anything since then. It was a pit when I lived there. Very noisy all the time. My car was broken into and there were drugs everywhere. I check the city of tempe crime reports and out of a list of 194 complexes it is number 27! If you like drugs, crime and bad service this is where you want to live.
