I could easily write an epic about how bad and generally ----backwards this place is. I lived in Sierra Vista 2 for about 15 months and am living in Sierra Vista for a few more. At Sierra Vista 2, we had no AC in the summer for 3 months. 3 MONTHS!!! Did they come by to fix it? Yeah. Did they fix it? HAHAHA, no. Did our toilet flood so bad that, even AFTER turning the water shut off valve, it soaked through to the apartment belowm me? Yes. Did they fix that even after my neighbor and I called? HAHAHA, no. So, basically, if you like swamps and no ac, Sierra Vista is the place.
Wait, there is more. The retards working in the front office. Actually, I take that back; that's offensive to the retards of the world. At least they are generally jolly adn friendly. These people, on top of being dumb, fat, and unbelievably dumb, are rude and smug. If you need something, make sure that you visit Hell's Seventh Layer before you go to the Sierra Vista front office. And now to our Junior 1 bedroom. This place is smaller than an infant's wang. It's cramped, infested with bugs, and we are fortunate to have a lawn in front of our apartment. That way, the ------ maintence guys can mow and leaf-blow at 8 am on Saturday.
My God, please don't move here. Seriously

True, I live right by the pool and no matter how often I complained to the office how loud people are all the way up until 4a in the morning nothing ever was done to enforce the pool curfew, which was at 10p. Not to mention the trainS that are nearby wake me up every single night round 2a, then again at 4a. If you dont mind getting most of your rest in the day time, Sierra Vista might be for you. :)

This review is a lie, mainly because there is noway for the water to soak through to the apartment below you. The ceilings are made of concrete, therefore making it very hard for the water to soak through. I live in Sierra Vista II and have been there for about 18 months. The only problem I have ever had was the ac taking a little long to turn on. If youfelt like writing a bad review, you should have used actual circumstances, and not made random stuff up.
