Problems since day 1 and only getting worse

Utilities should work whether they are free or not, especially AC especially in Arizona but that is not the case at Sierra Vista. My boyfriend and I were looking for an aparment close to campus with free utilities because who doesn't wanna save money' So when we found Sierra Vista we thought it would fit our needs perfectly, little did we know. After moving in during our second week at this awful place the power went out for two consecutive days, while the temperatures were about 110, and about 90 in the apartment (which is pretty common really). We decided that we needed to leave this place right away, so we went back to read our lease agreement which was full of typos and inconsistencies only to discover that if we were to break the lease it was not a flat fee but 10% of the entire lease agreement (which we'd like idiots, signed for 12 months). While discussing the prospect of leaving we noticed that the carpet was completely soaked through and that our "chiller"(aka crappy non-functional air conditioner thingy) had a leak. To top things off there are drugs and violence everywhere and it is very unsafe at night and during the day. Do yourself a favor, please stay away from Sierra Vista, they are terrible in every aspect!
