I like it... Leaves a little to be desired, but what can you expect when living in such a prime location'

I have lived here at Sierra Vista II for more than 2 years now, and I like it. I could complain a little about the centralized ac not always working properly, but I pay very little for what I truly get. I live in a great location, close to everything(including the school) and my neighbors don't bother me if I don't bother them. If you want to live farther away from all of what Tempe has to offer, pay utilities(yes, they're free), and spend a little extra on gas, then live somewhere else. I like where I live, and I'm sure my neighbors would agree, we do not need a whiny crybaby like you living there anyhow.

Whatever. You have to have a true deathwish to stay living there. It is just bad. It is better to hike up the prices and make it a home for families and people to actually live in. They have no value for their tenants. It is a reflection of who they choose to live there and keep. My recommendation is run for your life!

The person that wrote this review MUST be someone from the staff trying to have one nice comment on the review page. I lived there for 9 months (out of my 12 month lease). I moved out 3 months early, paid for the following three months. The place was HORRIBLE. And yes, the office staff is RUDE, HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH, AND UN-KNOWLEDGABLE! If you are going to be selling such a ------ product at least have a staff that makes up for it!
