We lived here for 3 years, it wasn't great when we moved in but went from bad to much much worse. Let's see, one morning before work, I found a homeless person asleep on my doorstep (I lived on the second floor. Another time I was woken up by the police and narcotics agents when they had to send police in to bust a meth lab in a neighbors apartment. One night before my husband came home a drunk tried to break down my door thinking it was his house and his wife locked him out. Some friends of ours in the 3 bedroom family area had their pizza man robbed and assaulted and another meth lab busted next door to them. They actually put a police substation in right before we moved. Oh and when we moved in the carpet had a green stain on it which we pointed out to the leasing agent but they still tried to charge us to replace the carpet when we moved out.

I can see nothing has changed here. My advice to others is what I had to do: get the hell out and don't look back! Break your lease - go into collections - file bankruptcy - do whatever it takes! The only thing these apartments are fit for is the wrecking ball!
