I have lived in Sig Place for almost a year now and the staff has been nothing but curteous and prompt with repair requests.
The apartment itself is great. Spacious and I love the double-entry bathroom. They are the nicest on the block and I got a great move-in special. I would recommend it to everyone. One down-side, neighbors are not very social. I have never even seen the people who live downstairs from me.
