I was just informed that the complex was sold to another company. They fired all the staff and the head of maintanence. My expereice with the office staff has been mixed, but they did get the job done. The former head of maintanence did a half-hearted job. We shall see what the new owners are like.
My complaints are that the place is so poorly built and that it is falling apart. My power bill jumped 300 percent trying to cool the place in the Summer because single pane windows and a/c units are too small. Speeding cars are a problem. Finally, the place is really over priced. When my lease ends, I am buying a house and getting away from this place. Yes, they gave a good move-in special but they get it back from you in monthly rent.
On the good side' It is a good location. It appears nice from the outside. My neighbors have been fairly quiet.
