I miss the old staff tremendously. They were very helpful, cooperative,willing to get problems resolved in a cordial matter. Since Bernard Allison has become the new owners, the landscaping has gone down, the trees are hardly cut, there are people who do not pick-up after their pets and get no repercussion from the front office staff. They (front office staff) have no regards to their tenants thoughts/concerns/problems and treat tenants like their a nuissance or a bother to them, and once you complain you are now a target for them. No one is out front to greet you when you walk in, because they're all in the back office. I'm assuming their non-friendly approach would be the reason there are a lot of vacant apartments (I would say at least 20% is unoccupied). I would like to see a new management company come in and shape up the community (especially since my lease is not up until next year...I should have known better before I renewed my lease.
