The new management is garbage.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
I have been a great resident of Signature Place apartments since last May, 2003. After they switched management, I have been extremely disappointed with the staff. They have been unhelpful and very rude. I have never wanted to break my lease before I had to deal with the people at Signature Place.
If you do decide to live there, look forward to a year of stress.
