a clean, roomy, not overpriced place to live

compared to other places i've seen or lived in, Signature Place is the best.most of the communities don't have the washer and the dryer inside the apartment - don't forget the money you have to pay for these services and the fact that you have to carry the laundry all over the place- but this has not only the washer & dryer but also a huge room for them, which you may use to deposit all kind of stuff... the apartments are very spacious and the staff has been so far OK.
parking is not a nightmare like in other places.
last but not least it is not overpriced.
