I've live @ Signature for a little over 6 mths. The maintence was bad in the beginning, i found myself calling the office every other day if i had time. I am disappointed to know they don't value there existing tenants however. I wanted to move into a 2 bedroom apt and was told i have to pay this huge transfer fee, and much more then a new tenant for rent. Now tell me this, if i want to give you more money, why do i have to pay more'
