I just read the review "DO NOT ATTEMPT", I am not sure where they are living but that is not my experience at all. I have lived here for over 3 years and wouldn t do so if I didn t love this place!!!! I don t understand what he meant about the old appliances, the place was built about 10 years ago, so how old can they really be'' If their electric is $360 then maybe they should turn off some lights My electric is on the managed plan and it is $82 every month, not bad in my book. As far a roaches and ants, they only come where they can find food Perhaps they should clean up a little This is the only place in the east valley that I could find with and attached 2 car garage, which is the best feature of the entire property!!! I have recommended this place to my friends and they love it now too.
