As a resident of Signature Place for several yrs, it became an appalling experience when management changed to Bernard/Allison. The office staff and management were continually unfriendly and unresponsive. Work Orders were completed only after multiple calls to the office, were lost and/or never completed. It took 2 wks to repair/replace broken washer and took 2 wks to replace wet, moldy carpet after HVAC leak. Other Work Orders were never completed. After management change, we were no longer allowed to park behind garage, though other residents were allowed to continue to use this space for SUVs and large trucks. Staff/Manager failed to return calls, routinely made excuses as to why they neglected to honor their commitments. The customer service was a failure and should be considered unacceptable. We were inconvenienced due to their inattention and disregard. Contacting the District Manager at Bernard Allison was just as ineffective. A complaint was filed with the BBB.
