Rather satisfied. Not flawless, but would renew if I could.

Like any apartment, this place hasn't been perfect. I think the original target market for this place was a little higher end than its neighbors, but through incentives and bonuses, they may have lowered their standard a bit (maybe this is because of the relatively new management company).
As a result, my minor complaints have to do with noise from neighbors in the parking lot at sometimes late hours. At most this has been irritating, but mostly it hasn't bothered me. But I'm also not very sensitive to this kind of thing. For those not from the area, there are a number of student-aged residents in this part of town. Certainly the noise here is no worse than neigboring complexes.
That being said, my roommate and I have never had a lasting problem. The maintenance staff has always been very cool to us, courteous, and responsive. But I also make a point to be very courteous to them and not make it seem like I'm blaming anyone. The worst problem we've had was a minor ant infestation, but we used the free extermination service and that took care of it.
The apartment itself has been great, and I like the layout and value. The W/D is top notch (for being inlcuded) and a great kitchen.
My experience with the front office has always been great. A couple miscommunications on things sometimes, but they were always helpful. Now, I must admit, I think I may be fortunate in that I think the staff (all female) tends to flirt with me, and I reciprocate (harmlessly, of course). Maybe this means they're nice to me and mean to others -- I don't know. I even paid rent late once, and they knew it as soon as I walked in, but didn't assess me a late fee or anything.
This complex is located on a street that is entirely apartment housing (probably 8-10 adjacent complexes altogether), which means pricing stays pretty competitive, but this is one of the definitely two nicest places on the block (some of the others are pretty undesirable).
I've had a great experience here. I'm moving out of state, otherwise I would be happy to stay here. I've lived in Tempe for about 5 years, and lived in a number of houses and apartments -- this has definitely been the best.
