God I hated this apartment. It was noisy as hell! Traffic noises are constantly heard. Annoying loud neighbors who yell crap in the middle of the night on weekends (because they're drunk or fighting with a boyfriend). The walls are so thin you can hear almost everything! Things always broke down in the apartment because they were old & crappy. Maintenance wasn't bad, but sometimes the women working in the office were so stupid, they'd forget to give the work order to maintenance!! Oh...& don't even get me started on the office staff. They were so rude & complete b******! They'd pick up the phone & have the sweetest voice, but when they'd figure out you're a resident, their tone completely changed. And it's not any better if you go see them in person! The manager never bothered to say hello, especially if she was in a conversation with a coworker. Actually, most of the coworkers didn't even say hello...like I said before, because they are rude & have no work manners! They don't smile & say hi when you come in, they just look at you like they're annoyed to have to do more work for you. I probably have never disliked an office staff as much as them...I just wanted to smack every one of their faces every time I saw them! Maybe it's because I'm a woman & they're probably a lot nicer to men (you'll notice by reading the review by the "male" who got out of a late rent fee charge & was flirted with). God these girls are idiots.. It's definitely not safe around this area. I'd recommend getting the garage! I don't even know if there was security around at night. Dead cockroaches would pop out of nowhere & there'd be ants crawling around the windows...then they'd crawl up your desk..& next thing you know they'd be crawling inside your keyboard! I would stay FAR away from this place. It may look nice on the outside, but it's just an illusion...like the office staff! OH! And rent is WAAAAY too high for such a crappy place.
