We've been here almost 14 months and thank god our lease is up next month so we can get the hell outta dodge. This place is so noisy it's not even funny. Every friday and sat. night it's the same thing every day with drunken idiots rambling on outside and making complete fools of themselves waking everyone up. I don't much less like calling the front office or going to pay rent because of the over PMS'd staff. Did i mention how RUDE they were' NO' Well duck and cover! When we first moved here I had never seen an ant infestation in my life. Lord help me when I woke up to ants covering our backyard and floors. It was insane. Please don't be fooled by the luvly exterior and fake politeness. If the noise at night doesn't bother you, it's the perfect place...but i personally don't enjoy being woken up at 3 in the morning by some pendejo's drag racing at the street light near by.

However, I do applaud the maitnence staff. Time and time again they were always so courteous and never had a problem once. When something with up with our air conditioner, they were right there. Very nice and respectful professional men. The noise around 7 or 8 in the morning sometimes bothered me, but it was very nice to know that they were away hard at work in the god awful heat keeping the grounds in top keep; so to be honest it wasn't much of a bother.
