i lived here for a year. its a nice looking place, with great appliances and floor plans. however, settle in and you'll find the good may not outweigh the bad.
maintenance will not come to fix anything for months. lets say its an outside light that goes out - no dice. you'll struggle to find your keys in the dark for the remainder of your lease. garbage disposal is so loud and powerful it will knock things off of your counter. parking is dismal - residents use covered parking. but what you'll find is that the uncovered spaces are occupied by residents too. so where do guests park'
i have heard of this happening to many - not just me: pay rent early (consistently). rent comes due. 1 week later you get a notice of eviction from sig place's lawyer. they never call to say they didnt receive your rent. they dont care that you have a history of paying early. they do not waive the late fees incurred because they lost your rent. they will ultimately pin it on you. (this has happened to me 3 times - whats the benefit in paying early, like a good resident should')
pulling in from grove parkway is a hair-raising experience. come out alive and you'll celebrate.
so close to guadalupe, you see the tagging every once in a while.
nearly every resident has a dog they do not pick up after.
more and more loud college students moving in by the day.
otherwise, good location, nice kitchen, good size closets, attached garage is nice.
