The buildings are very old but with a face lift so you can't tell. My shower tiles fell on me when I was taking a shower and I got covered in termites and ants. When I called the management office that day, which was a saturday, they said I had to wait until wednesday to get it fixed since the pest management guy only comes on that day. I asked them what I am supposed to do without a shower and they told me to use the showers by the pool!!!!! incredible.... it took them two and a half weeks to fix it after about five calls speaking with the rudest people I have ever dealt with and I was a customer service agent for three years. They came to my apartment regularly for maintenance and always came in without my permision even though they ask you if it is ok, but I said no every time. They even disabled my alarm a few times, which is illegal by the way, and left my door open once... I have never felt so badly treated in my life. They never apologized to me when ever I explained something was wrong, on the other hand they were condecending and raised their voice pretty often even though I kept calm and never gave them a reason to raise their voices. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, THEY DON'T DESERVE IT...
