I've been at Signature Place for two years. It has been, overall, a pretty nice place to live. The last property I lived at was managed by Scott Homes and it seems that Bernard Allison cares for their residents. The problems we've came across were usually ones that are governed by the "fair housing" laws and out of the hands of management. They do seem to do as much as they legally can and also seem sincere where other properties say that's how it is and that's that. As far as maintenance issues and the appearance of the property, it is superb!!! My hat is off to the maintenance crew.
