I am still a resident at signature place, once my leash ends in two months, I am out.
From day 1, there was something always wrong with the apartment, it could be a leak in the ceiling, Air condition leaking. Air Condition not pushing cold air. Toilet flood. Bathtub leaking. Carpet was new, but their was metal pins still sticking up that you cannot see, I cut my feet several times. Back to my title, All these lists of complains i have will fill up a book. Sad thing is, Management treats you like trash, I went up to the office several occasions for different things, Either they get back to you 3 weeks later, never, or when they actually do the repairmen do half a-- jobs. They say "I will be right back" never ever show up. I'm still waiting for my ceiling fans from a month ago. They told me the next day. The staff that work there, with the exception of one person, are rude. They roll their eyes at you. Don't smile, don't look at you when you walk in, they greet you looking down at their books or whatever they are doing. It's like they don't even feel like working. A bad experience i had was my neighboors moved out, and left their A/C turned on, after weeks, it was making loud sounds, my house was actually vibrating, and making very loud noises, I called their emergency line late that night. The lady picked up and said "I will inform maintenance" i did not sleep that night, in fact I went up there around 11:30am to talk to management, She said she'll get the key and turn it off. even that took 3 hours to do. Their generator could have blown up for all they cared. The only thing these people do fast, is deposit your rent money. Do not move there, pay the extra bucks, and move somewhere better
