My husband and I just renewed our contract. We've been here for 1 yr and i have no clue what these other people are talking about!!!! The management people aren't the warmest but always greet me and help me right away when i walk in their door. I get to use the printer in the business room anytime I want, if the fax doesn't work in the business room-they let me use the one in the office. I get to go borrow movies for free anytime I want and go to an always clean gym whenever! The times I've called for little stuff like to fix my closet door or screen door...it's done in no more than 2 days! I've even called the maintnance after hours because we couldn't unglogg the tiolet. lol. They came in no more than 15 min and took care of it. Yeah, I've had ants in my appartment but guess what...my husband went to Lowe's and bought some poison. problem solved. I've even held house parties and nobody has complained about it!! By the way, my electric bill has never been more than $90.00. I think some people are just negative and others used to living like kings. We wish to buy a house but until that happens I'll make sure we stay here.
