At first the management was great and I ended up putting a hold on the apartment. They wanted $180 for application fees and to hold it. I never filled out any paperwork, I called back two days later to take the hold off and to hopefully get some money back. I left three messages saying I wanted to remove the hold and no one would call me back. I finally found a different number for them online and someone answered. Once I said who I was and what I wanted they were completely rude and acted as though I hadn't called. They claimed they had no messages, even though it was the same number I left a message at the beginning, and they seemed to get that one. The girl was extremely rude and told me she would look into it and call me right back. I did not get a call back and left two more messages. All in all, I finally got my money, but it's awful dealing with the management.
