It's an overall decent place to setup shop I guess. I moved in here with my room mate over 8 months ago to get closer to our work and it's been pretty good thus far.

We have only had a few problems with sound in the place. It seems to depend on the room we are in as far as how loud we can play music/movies without bothering other people. The master bedroom needs to be kept at a minimal level due to bleed through into the next condo over, but the main living room can be blasted pretty loud and have no one hear it. It's great for late night movies.

The parking and construction quality are probably the most negative things about this place. You are only allocated one spot per entire unit so you fight over that one spot and when you don't get it, you may have to park a good 1000 feet away depending on the time of day. Often times there will be other tenants or moving trucks blocking the small passage ways and you are force to go elsewhere or around them.

The quality of the condos themselves are a little less than cheap. Ive had to do multiple wall touch ups on spots that were barley touched. They seem to crumble if you touch certain spots. lol The insulation in the place is kinda shabby. A/C gets expensive to run, will not stay in the place and breaks down here and there which they fix but if its past office ours you are forced to spend a night of 120F until the next morning or so. NOT FUN

For the positive side of things though, despite the minor issues that could be improved this place is actually very nice for the money. I have always found the staff here to be very helpful. Kim and Gabby are always up front happy to help when I need anything and could not be more polite.

They include a full indoor racquetball court that I use all of the time right along with the small gym. It's not the most fancy of gyms for sure but by all means it's good enough for me. I go to work out, not get pampered by state of the art machines. The treadmill could be fixed up due to constant slipping and being more of a hazard than anything and maybe add a bench press but other than that its perfect.

The pools here are nice and the main one is heated just right which makes for a nice late night swim if you cant sleep like me. This entire complex is very well kept. For arizona, there is a LOT of green and shrubbery all over and they keep it all very clean. I love waking up in the morning to see the nice, bright green glow of the sun shining through a giant tree right outside my window.

All in all, for the price and location this is not a bad place to call home for a while by any means. Other than a few gripes which every place has my overall experience with signature place has been a good one
