I have been living here for a while and I would have to agree that it's nicer than most places. The Management staff has undergone a change over with a new Manager, the asistant managers are the same but it was the main Manager that was the unprofessional, rude person.
I have not experienced a lack of cooperation on repair requests or maintenance requests. They ususuall respond within 24 hours.
Over the past few years the grounds out front have been improved, the apartmaents were painted, new signage was added and the roof has been resurfaced.
Security is good and you can call them at all hours and they will take care of your issue right away. I only had to call them once and that was for a noise complaint at 2am, and yes, security was there by 2:30 am telling the guy to knock it off or risk being evicted.
My only complaints about the place is they could have expanded the new landscaping into the apartment grounds more, people have to pick up after their pets more, there are a few places where children are unsupervised.
