No way! Horrible!!

I enjoyed my stay until I moved out and was stuck with a move out bill. After I contacted the office to explain to them that I was wrongfully charged, they decided to take off the charge. But when I got a credit report some year and a half later, I found out it had not been taken off and now had ruined my credit! I called the office again and told them, but they had no knowledge of any conversations or work orders. Then I called the district office, and Autumn was even less helpful! They are completely unorganized and have horrible communication in the office! Stay away from TGM properties and Winnie at Somerset Village!!!! They are so unprofessional it's not even funny!
