The place is nice, and the rent is fair and doesn't include water and electric. Water is split with other residents so it's cheaper. Staff is friendly and maintenance requests get done by next day unless they need to order parts. Supposably remodeling will be starting in Jan. '08, only problem is with one of the pools which still has not been re-open. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
