My roomate and I both love this place. It was an easy place to move into and they waived our security deposit. The staff is all cool and we get along great with them. We've had parties with not too many complaints, and when we did get complaints, it wasnt a big deal. The 2-story floorplan makes the apartment look a lot bigger than the square footage suggests and works great for having people over. It's really close to ASU, about as close as lot 59 and my roomate has no problem riding his bike. Parking has never been a problem for out cars, covered and uncovered. One thing is that the walls, which are brick, arent exactly as noise-proof as they claim, but thats fine. We've both had a great time and I'm sad that I have to leave this place next year. you'll enjoy it.
