I didn't know the office staff, but I did also have problems with how much noise goes through those walls.

I moved out after only six months because it was so ridiculous.

And the bratty college kids are too much.

I had the car wash behind me with the all hours of the night blasting music, and in front the pool, which meant at times naked coed swimming right under my window.

It was disgusting.

Police came all the time.

Parking was ridiculous and the rude tenants would scratch your car every chance you get.

The laudry room is also the smelliest one I ever went to.

They are sideways, so your clothes smell moldy becuase the water stays in them or something.

The apartment is also very cramped.

A lot of the square footage is taken by the stairs, and one of the bedrooms is about as big as a double bed...

which means pick and choose your furniture.

I also had little orange scorpions always in the yard, and trying to get into the house.

And at one point the guy who was paid to be the courtesy patrol person actually had the loudest parties of them all.
