I was really surprised to read the review on 7/20/04.I have been here scince 2000 and like all places not everyday is a piece of cake.It sounds like that person who wrote that review had some personal issues w/ staff.There is always a parking place because they are not assigned.The courtesy patrol guy has never had a party.I have lived near him for almost 4 years now.I have had BBQues at the pool and tried to drag him out.Good Luck he doesn't come out.He does do his job well .When he is paged.For those who would rather sit around and complain.Let the office people know your concerns and then if you don't get results complain or move.Also remember apartment living is much different from having a house and being a mile away from ASU you should expect students.In a home you don't have a maintenance man or courtesy patrol on call ( I like that ).The only thing i do agree w/ is that stupid car wash.It should have posted hours, but i got around that and i have a soothing rain noise maker which drowns out that sound.Somethings we can not control, but we can over come.
