Wouldn't Recommend

I have been living at Sonoran ridge for a while and wish that I hadn't signed the lease.

From the beginning, there were problems signing the lease (it's like 30 pages long).

The apartment manager does not seem to know how to treat people, nor does she do a good job keeping up with paperwork.

I had to continually check and send the same information in order to rent here.

It is nice living so close to campus, but would rather drive another 15 minutes to avoid the headaches.

My apartment was also not clean when I moved in.

They make you sign the check in sheet before you even inspect the apartment!! Worst of all was the reaction of the manager when confronted with the filth of the apartment.

The brick walls don't really cut down on noise either, plus electric seems VERY expensive.

When I checked the AC, it was absolutely filthly! No wonder I've been paying over 200/mo for electric.

If you are considering living here, make sure to check everywhere else first.

It's nice to walk to campus, but you'll save money getting a parking pass and living elsewhere.
