We are graduating and after 2 years here would recommend to all. Staff is great and takes care of stuff right away.. Close to the school.. previous post is wierd,, never say anything going on like prostitutes and they belong to the crime free program with the city of tempe.. We really like the private yards so we can have company and sit outside. The place is older but has character and compared to other apartments in close to campus, it is in great shape.. Thanks to all for taking care of us!!
