This complex is lovely.

We've had our share of problems, but the staff is quick to answer our calls and takes care of the problem right away.

The office lady is so sweet! She personally came to our apartment and killed a cockroach for us.

Bugs are only a problem if you forget to keep your sink plugged, but they have pest control that comes every Friday if you request it.

Occasionally there are transients hanging out by the dumpster, but when you notify the office, they notify the security in the complex and take care of it.

I haven't seen much of that since.

Anyway, the neighbors are great..

the office lady is wonderful and the complex is a cheap, SAFE, place to live..

unlike a lot of the cheap apartments near ASU.

I'd recommend it to anyone.
