I moved to Sonoran Ridge in August of 2007 with my husband. There were a few bugs when we moved in, but that was to be expected. The maintenance staff was fantastic on helping us with everything from a clogged garbage disposal to broken window screens. The security patrol man is wonderful and always responds to what ever you call him for. The grounds are nicely kept and there is a nice mix of people here. I can not say enough wonderful things are the office ladies at the front. They are always friendly, quick to respond, and they have become our friends. They do not tolerate anyone who tries to ruin the experience for the other tenants. In fact, a couple moved in to a unit a few units down from mine and they threw all of the pool furniture into the pool. They were immediately evicted and everything was taken care of. I have never had a problem with parking, I have always had a spot in front of my place. The inside is a good place to live in for someone who needs a starter apartment. There are brick walls inside of each unit and I have not heard anything from my neighbors. The kitchen is a little small, but manageable. I do not want to leave, however my husband and I found a condo up the street we fell in love with! Some of the units at Sonoran Ridge have big back yards and thats a huge bonus. We have created a vegetable garden in ours and always have people over to hang out. I would definitely recommend this place to any one, as long as you are not a trouble maker because you will not be here for long.
