I'm currently residing here, and my roommates and I love it!!!
The house is really pretty.. its a townhouse model, with the living room, kitchen and a toilet downstairs, and the two bedrooms and the bathroom upstairs.
the rooms are of decent size. and the kitchen is really neat, as well.
the living room is very spacious. and there is also a patio.
there is a small storage space below the staircase which we call the harry potter closet!!! :D
its a really great place for students, and affordable too and now its become much cheaper! the carpets are clean. no roaches n bugs unless you invite them in yourself! in some places, like the place I lived before moving here, you find roaches at moving in time itself, but this place, the house was clean and not a single organism.
the staff at the leasing office are also reeeeeallly sweet and very helpful, and they get stuff done pretty soon.
the place also feels very safe, unlike some places. Also, they have a lot of fun events in the community that make it a wonderful experience living here.
We just love this place... :D Too bad that we didnt get to know about Sonoran Ridge last year! We wouldnt have had to live in a disgusting place.
