Nice place to call home

I've lived here for about 4 1/2 years now, and I'm not dissatisfied in any way. The management staff is pretty attentive to maintenance requests, and the current manager is very easy to get along with. The neighborhood is pretty, and it's bicycling distance from downtown Tempe and ASU by about 10 minutes. There's a Neighborhood Flash that runs four blocks away to downtown Tempe, and Line 62 city bus picks up right at the corner going both into south Tempe down Hardy and to downtown Tempe. There's no need for a car except that grocery stores are all at least 2 1/2 miles away. The laundry room is well kept, and the pool area is just behind it for those summer days when you combine laundry with swimming and sunning.
The inside of the individual units are large enough to accomodate the usual furniture (the majority are two bedroom), and management hasn't had any issue with keeping my bicycle inside the apartment.
The complex just got certified as a Crime Free complex, so exterior lighting and security has been beefed up.
All in all, it's a nice place to live.
