I've lived at Southbank Apartments for about 2 years and I really like it here. The only downside is the neighborhood - being so close to ASU there is some drama in the area sometimes, but for the most part it's not so bad. The apartment manager is real nice and very helpful, maintanence always gets done within a day of our asking for anything, and the property is kept clean and looks nice. The inside of the apartments are nice too, I lived in a 2 bedroom last year and now I'm in a 1 bedroom -- and both of them were fine. This was a nice place for me to move to as an incoming ASU freshman!
