I'm 65 and have lived in apartments most of my life, and this complex is far and above the best I've ever lived in. The managers fix anything as soon as humanly possible. One even patrols the grounds at night to ensure that cars and people coming home late are safe. It is under a special crime prevention program, so that the applicant has to go through a personal check not only of finances, but of criminal backgrounds. If anyone disrupts the lives of neighbors, they are seen to right away and have to move elsewhere if they don't respect the peace of their neighbors. I consider the managers my friends that I would turn to in a medical emergency without hesitation.
