I was a student down in Arizona and thought, at first, how nice a place it was to live in such a beautiful complex. My question to the managers who run the facility is....Why rent to college students and move them nextdoor to a family' Or nextdoor to the single, quiet woman with a cat' 4 students/a 2 bdrm apartment will never work...and it didn't. I had cops at my door for noise complaints when I had the television on. It's ridiculous. When there are 4 girls or boys living in the same apartment, and walls there aren't super thick, you're gonna have problems. Keep students in same region and complaints won't arise as they did. I could've been happier with a commute in Chicago.
